i do not know that heart failure and heart attack are two different things - heart failure is when the heart fails to pump your oxygenated blood to the rest of the body while heart attack occurs when the blood from the rest of the body fail to be circulated to your heart cause blood vessels are blocked. and something she said stung me, "both ways its stil fatal. we die." so that was my lecture just now.

my lecturer reminded us few times alrdy to eat lots of fibre. mase pertama kali kite belajar ttg fats metabolism, lepas kuliah tu semngat tau nak praktikkan ape yg telah dipelajari, azam nak mkn sesuatu yg mengandungi fibre! "mulai hari ni, saat ni, ku nak mkn fiber!" my friends suggested, wholemeal bread! bile kuliah akhir, naik keretapi..sampai perkampungan daa lewat malam la jugak. tapi memandangkan semngat saye tadi belum pudar, saye pun singgah di supermarket Yes, Prime dan MCP yg dibuka 24jam di estet perumahan. semata-mata nak cari roti tu tadi. Hati ni berbunga tatkala menemui sebantal roti wholemeal! yg terakhir pulak tu. lalu lincah-lincah(hehe) membayarnya di kaunter. bayangkan - dapat amalkan ilmu yg telah dipelajari tadi. mesti seronok! tak percaye, awak cube ((: da sampai rumah, a shocking discovery: roti yg saye beli tu expire pade mlm yg sama. *senyum sorng2 - understatement* tinggal lagi berapa minit je. hee` tu laaah - yg dikejar tak dpt, yg dikendong hampir hampir tercicir!
ni true story tau. yg saye nak kongsi bukan supaya antum bli roti expire eh. hee(; pertama sekali, jgn tergopoh-gopoh cam saye ni, konon nak amalkan ilmu tu tapi tak praktikal. could have been a little bit more patient and wait for the sun to rise. probably the new set of bread will be delivered the next day. kedua, jangan semngat belon mcm saye ni. kene istiqomah! ye tak? tanak la mule-mule je nak mkn fiber, contoh. kene awal, tengah dan akhir. and apapun biarlah sederhana, kurang pun tak, lebih pun tidak. and practise checking expiry dates as much as we checked the ingredients of the food. hee`
oh yes. i did finish up the bread. alhamdulilah. cause the next day - pagi petang mlm makan roti tu. gi sekolah pun bawak bekal roti, tapi dlm letak cheese! hehe i guess i learn the hard way. wallahu'alam.
